In this section, you will be introduced to the breakthrough body method. 

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Assume a comfortable seated position on a chair, ensuring that your neck and shoulders are relaxed.

Step 2: Put on your headphones and proceed to load the video titled “Breakthrough Body.”

Step 3: Maintain your focus on the center of the video, while consciously avoiding any strain. Keep your eyes relaxed throughout the process, allowing yourself to blink naturally or adjust your gaze as needed to ensure a state of comfort and relaxation.

Step 4: Refrain from reading the flashing affirmations, as they are specifically designed to target your subconscious mind.

WHEN TO USE BREAKTHROUGH BODY 

We highly recommend incorporating the “Breakthrough Body” session into your daily routine for a period of 30 consecutive days, ideally before your bedtime. This 7-minute session can be watched up to 1 hour prior to going to sleep.

For optimal effectiveness, we suggest watching the session specifically 15 minutes prior to your intended sleep time.
