DAY 1: BASIC BELLY FAT BURNER

In this video, Angie will guide you through two key vinyasa yoga flows. Focus is on empowering the core and smooth transitions between movements.

DAY 2: ENHANCED BELLY FAT BURNER

In this video, Angie will guide you through more vinyasa yoga flows. Focus is on building on the Basic Belly Fat Burner movements, and continuing to engage core to strengthen chest and back. 

DAY 3: TOTAL BODY BURNER

In this video, Angie will guide you through more vinyasa yoga flows, and pulls movements together for a total body workout. Focus is on building on the Enhanced Belly Fat Burner movements, and continuing to strengthen and tone muscle.
