White Bean Dip

White Bean Dip

A quick, protein-rich white bean dip 

INGREDIENTS

  • 15 oz (425g) white beans
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ⅓ cup of olive oil
  • ¼ cup of parsley
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp dried oregano

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Rinse white beans and place in clean bowl; mash with fork
  2. Add minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, salt, black pepper, dried oregano
  3. Mix everything until well combined
  4. Serve with crackers, or sliced carrots or cucumbers
