White Bean Dip
A quick, protein-rich white bean dip
INGREDIENTS
- 15 oz (425g) white beans
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- ⅓ cup of olive oil
- ¼ cup of parsley
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp dried oregano
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Rinse white beans and place in clean bowl; mash with fork
- Add minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, salt, black pepper, dried oregano
- Mix everything until well combined
- Serve with crackers, or sliced carrots or cucumbers
