PB & Jam Smoothie
Quick and tasty smoothie recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 Ripe Banana
• 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
• ¼ Cup Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
• 2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter Powder
• 1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
• ½ Cup Almond Milk, Unsweetened
• 1 Tsp Honey
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
(Note: You can also add ice cubes if you want it extra cool and ice cream like.)
