INTRODUCTION

In this introduction, you’ll meet Amber and Kyle, your personal fitness instructors who will take you on your workout journey! 

DAY 1: BICEPS WORKOUT

On day one, Amber and Kyle will walk you through how to get an effective biceps workout. 

Equipment needed: resistance bands or 5lb or 10lb dumbbells 

DAY 2: SHOULDER WORKOUT

On day two, Amber and Kyle will walk you through how to get an effective shoulder workout with overhead press / shoulder press. 

Equipment needed: 5lb or 10lb dumbbells

DAY 3: AB WORKOUT

On day three, Amber and Kyle will walk you through how to strengthen your core and work on your abdominal..

DAY 4: CHEST WORKOUT

On day four, Amber and Kyle will walk you through how to work out your chest, focusing on correct posturing and pushups.

DAY 5: LEG WORKOUT

On day five, Amber and Kyle will walk you through powerful leg workouts, including effective squats, posturing.

DAY 6: BACK WORKOUT

On day six, Amber and Kyle will walk you through the technical strengthening for your back and shoulder.
