Kale Salad

Healthy and fresh kale salad recipe

INGREDIENTS

• ½ Cup Lemon Juice
• 2 Tsp. Olive Oil
• ¼ Tsp. Garlic Powder
• 2 Bunches Of Kale, Steamed
& Chopped
• 1 Red Bell Pepper, Diced
• 1 Cup Carrots, Shredded
• ½ Small Red Onion, Diced
• ½ Avocado, Diced

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. T Dressing: Place lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and salt in bowl. Whisk together until combined and set aside.
  2. Salad Assembly: In a large bowl, toss kale, bell peppers, onions and carrots together. Add dressing. Use hands to massage kale with dressing. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Before serving, toss salad again. Top with almonds and avocado.
