Super tasty asian style slaw salad

INGREDIENTS

• 3 Cups Cabbage, Shredded
• 1 Cup Red Cabbage, Shredded
• ½ Cup Carrots, Shredded
• ½ Red Bell Pepper, Sliced Thin
• 1/8 Cup Slivered Almonds
• 2 Green Onions, Finely Sliced
• 1 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds
• ¼ Cup Soy Sauce
• 2 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
• 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
• ¼ Tsp. Garlic Powder
• 1 Tsp. Fresh Ginger, Grated
• 3 Large Pitted Dates

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Dressing: Combine soy sauce, vinegar, oil, garlic, ginger and pitted dates in a small blender. Process until dates are completely ground and dressing is creamy.
  2. Salad Assembly: Place the shredded cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, onion, sesame seeds and almonds in a large bowl. Drizzle with dressing and gently toss to coat everything.
